Pretty Lake is a small, scenic community - well worth the drive if you are coming from out of town. There is a peaceful 2.5 mile walking trail around the lake as well as some charming lake taverns within a few miles. Perhaps this is the perfect excuse to break up the week and enjoy some new scenery.
This is a supportive and non-intimidating environment where you can slow down and breathe. No yoga experience is necessary. Most people with a basic level of mobility and wellness can participate comfortably.
If you're simply looking for a workout, this may not be the right fit. This class is for the adventurous soul-seeker who senses there is more to wellness than just exercise - someone yearning for a space to reconnect with themselves and explore well-being from the inside out.
